villages Nar-Phu since 2003.
Climatically this trekking region is
considered suitable for tourist in May,

Nar & Phu Villages are situated
at an altitude of 4200 m above the sea level. An
attractive natural stone gate welcome visitors
before entraining the phu village. The Tashi La-
Khang, the ancient and historical monastery is
the central of attraction of Phu village. The
monastery has been build by a Tibetan lama
Kamendo Genzo about 400 years ago. The villages
are in fact very close to the border with the
Tibet autonomous region of China. Such a village
settlement could be a rare sight in any part of
the world. |
