Itinerary of Juphal to Jomsom Trekking in detail

Days 01 : Kathmandu to Pokhara by flight, then Baglung, Beni by taxi 1070m.

Days 02 : Beni to Tatopani 1370m.

Days 03 : Tatopani to Ghasa 2035m.

Days 04 : Ghasa to Tuckuche 2580m.

Days 05 : Tuckuche to Jomosom 2713m.

Days 06 : Jomosom to Phalak, 3160m, then camp at 1th pass 3735m.

Days 07 : Phalak to a second pass, 4150m, then camp at Sangda village 3700m.

Days 08 : Sangda village to a camp above Chalung Khola (see map) 3800m.

Days 09 : Camp Chalung K to another camp opposite this river, 3700m, (not too far from Sangda upper 4200m.

Days 10 : Always near Chalung K., beside Sangda La, to a camp at 4890m.

Days 11 : Because monsoon, difficult to cross river after Sangda La, other way going a pass at around 5350 m , then going a camp at 4760m.

Days 12 : From the camp above to Chharka village 4170m.

Days 13 : Rest day at Chharka village

Days 14 : Chharka V. to Chharka La, 4830m , then camp at Yak Kharka 4710m.

Days 15 : Yak K. to one pass at 4805m , then a second pass at 5175 m , then camp near Gongla Khola 4730m.

Days 16 : Gongla K. to Do Tarap 3980m.

Days 17 : Rest day at Do Tarap

Days 18 : Do Tarap to Taksi, then camp near phedi of Numla La 4260m.

Days 19 : From the camp above to cross Numla La, 5150m , then camp near Chhadka Khola, at Nahure phedi of Baga La 4315m.

Days 20 : Nahure to Baga La, 5070m , then to Roman 3680m.

Days 21 : Roman to Ringmo (Phoksumdo lake) 3500m.

Days 22 : Rest day at Ringmo

Days 23 : Ringmo to Pungma 3190m.

Days 24 : Pungma to a camp at Lasa 4250m.

Days 25 : From the camp above, to Kagmara La, 5115m , then down camp near Garpung Khola at Kyanglaphak 3930m.

Days 26 : Kyanglaphak down to Toijem, 2910m, then to Kaigaon 2610m.

Days 27 : Rest day at Kaigaon

Days 28 : Kaigaon to Balang La, 3760m, then long descent to Pahada 2955m.

Days 29 : Rest day at Pahada

Days 30 : Pahada to Tripurakot, then camp at Suhu 2020m.

Days 31 : Suhu to Dunai 2150m.

Days 32 : Dunai to a camp near a "tatopani" Rolaghat Khola (after Rupagad village) 2175m.

Days 33 : "Tatopani" to Juphal 2450m.

Days 34 : Rest day at Juphal

Days 35 : Rest day at Juphal (cancelled flight)

Days 36 : By flight : Juphal to Nepalganj, Nepalganj to Kathmandu
