Itinerary of Frescoes Forts Tour in detail

Days 01 Arrival Delhi : Assistance on arrival, traditional welcome with garlanding and a welcome drink at hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Days 02 In Delhi : After a leisurely breakfast embark on a sightseeing tour of New Delhi where ornate buildings recall the days when India was the Jewel in the crown of the British empire. Visit the 11th century Qutab Minar Tower, the India Gate and the grand government buildings, the President's House and Parliament House all dating back to the time of British Raj. Also visit Laxmi Narayan temple popularly known as Birla Temple. Overnight at the hotel.

Days 03 Delhi/Mandawa (06 hrs. Journey) : After breakfast drive to Mandawa ,often called the 'open air art gallery of Rajasthan', the region is famous for the high quality frescoes. After lunch a small sightseeing of Mandawa to appreciate the painted Havelis on the ancient and the famous silk route. Overnight at the hotel.

Days 04 Mandawa/Jaipur (04 hrs. Journey) : Today you will be driven to Jaipur, the fabled "pink city" of the desert named after Jai Singh, the former Maharaja of Jaipur, only city in the world symbolizing the nine divisions of theuniverse through the nine rectangular sectors subdividing it. The palaces and forts of the yesteryears, which were witnesses to the royal processions and splendors are now living monuments. Arrive Jaipur in the afternoon and check inn to your hotel. After lunch embark on a half day sightseeing tour of this royal city visiting City Palace-the royal residence of the Maharaja of Jaipur and is known for its stunning architecture, it also houses a museum. Also visit the Palace of Winds also known as Hawa Mahal, this elaborate building, now little more than a façade, is encrusted with delicate screens and carved balconies from which the royal ladies, confined to their quarters, could sneak views of the outside world. Past, present and future merge at Jai Singh's Observatory, where time has been accurately measured since the 17th century. This evening enjoy your dinner at Chokhi dani (an ethnic village resort) where you will have an idea of the village life of Rajasthan here you will also enjoy various traditional Rajasthani dances, puppet show and various other interesting activities. Overnight at hotel.

Days 05 Jaipur/Delhi (05hrs. Journey) : After breakfast visit the majestic Amber Fort where you ride upon Elephants back to the former capital of the royals set against the backdrop of the wooded hills. After lunch drive back to Delhi and transfer to the International Airport to board your flight back home. End of our services..
