Ans. Do not expect everything spelled out in detail before a trip. Himalayan Trail Finder delights in surprises and unraveling the mysteries of the world.

Ans. Himalayan Trail Finder approach is you need to be reasonably seasoned physically and open mentally to get the most out of a Himalayan Trail Finder’s trek.

Ans. Make clear your food preferences before the trek. Changes are difficult, once a trek has begun. Some of your choices are not available in many places.

Ans. You must educate yourself about your destination. Himalayan Trail Finder provides an English-speaking leader knowledgeable about local conditions, safety and health matters. You must be willing to take the advice of the local leader who knows the local situation. Establish rest day appropriate for the conditions and altitude on the trek.

Ans. YOUR PERSONAL CLOTHING LIST

This list dose not represent what you must take but is simply a guide to help you tick off the things you might need and have to pack

BOOTS AND SHOES : Trekking boots and running shoes. if it is new, wear them for 2 weeks at least before you start your trek

GLOVES : If you don’t have one avoid buying an expensive one just for this trip. You can buy sheep-wool hand knitted gloves for a dollar in kathmandu.

HEADWARE : Sun hat and valaclaveor skihat. They also available every inexpensive in kathmandu.

SOCKS : Light cotton athletic socks and wool socks.

SHIRTS : Long slaved cotton, long slaved wool, T-shirts.

UNDERWEAR :Regular everyday use and long johns.

TROUSERS : Shorts, long cotton hiking, track-suit\fleece.

SWEATERS : Lightweight fleece\wool for travel.

JACKETS : Worm windproof jacket for high altitude trek.

SUNGLASSESS :

RUCKSACK : One large duffel bag for trip, one small pack for you to carry and suitcases is left behind in kathmandu with lots of room for shopping.

BITS AND PIECES : Towel, personal first-aid kit. lip salve, plastic bags, camera\ batteries \film, reading material, swim suits penknife, water bottle.
